- Product Avatar & Product Shoot Videos
- AI-generated Ad Videos
You understand that:
- The generated outputs are AI-created and may vary based on inputs.
- Showcase AI does not guarantee specific video outcomes, accuracy, or suitability for particular
use cases.
- You are responsible for reviewing and approving the final output before publishing or
distribution.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you upload or create. However, by using Showcase AI, you grant us
a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to:
- Process, store, and generate your videos.
- Use anonymized data to improve our AI models and services.
You must ensure that:
- You own or have rights to all uploaded materials.
- Your content does not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or any third-party rights.
- You do not upload or generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates public morals.
6. Payments & Subscriptions
Some features of Showcase AI require a paid plan or subscription. By purchasing a plan, you agree
that:
- All payments are processed securely through third-party gateways.
- Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or stated in our refund policy.
- Subscription renewals will occur automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
We reserve the right to modify pricing, plans, or billing terms with prior notice.
7. Intellectual Property
All rights to the Showcase AI platform, design, code, algorithms, branding, and proprietary features
belong to Showcase AI.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service.
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code.

8. User Responsibility & Misuse
- You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for any content you upload to Showcase AI — including photos, images, or other media. - Under no circumstances will Showcase AI, its owners, developers, or affiliates be liable for any misuse of the Service by you or another user — including use of someone else’s photo or likeness without consent, or any infringement of privacy, publicity, copyright, or other third-party rights arising from your uploaded or generated content.
- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Showcase AI from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to any misuse of the Service by you — including unauthorized use of third-party photos or likenesses.
9. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use Showcase AI for:
- Creating or sharing harmful, misleading, or offensive videos.
- Deepfake or impersonation content that violates privacy or consent.
- Pornographic, violent, discriminatory, or illegal content.
- Uploading malware or any harmful code.
Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination.
10. Limitation of Liability
Showcase AI is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties regarding:
- The accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content.
- Uninterrupted or error-free service.
- Compatibility with specific hardware, software, or systems.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Showcase AI shall not be liable for any loss of data,
revenue, or damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Showcase AI at any time if:
